L.O.M.O. was earlier known as Maniacal Depression and consisted of four members. The guys played in their home city Ust-Kamenogorsk at the stadiums, parties, festivals etc. On one of the fests in 1998 the band was suggested to visit Moscow in search for a producer and a record lable. Unfortunately it happened at the time of de-fault in Russia and the members had to give up their musical insinuations and find some real job. Later one of the members of the band has left but the others continued their recordings and once received a call from Nashe Radio suggesting to include one of the L.O.M.O. tracks in rotation. On the 15. September 2003 the band produced its first album Machaon. In 2006 the album of remixes MachaoMIX was released. The new album is being prepared now.
