פחית

Paxit (or פחית in Hebrew), pronounced pah-hit, and meaning can, as in a tin can or a drinking can. Paxit were originally a super-group that formed for an Israeli event called NoiseMass (a noise fest of sorts), featuring more and less known experimental artists from the local scene. original (and key members) were: Aboolele gaop Sabixatzil Arov Xishma the Famous Itay Matos Paxit mix noise with post rock, and a jazzy woodwind & brass abuse, and do that with the help of temporary members, friend drummers, and rotating members. Common instruments are: recorders, saxophones, trumpet, guitars, bass, laptops, DIY noise machines, saplers, drums, bent toys and self built wind instruments. With no solid line up, and an ever shifting musical direction, Paxit are both the best band and the worst band in the world. Having some worked out tunes, and preforming interpretations on other people's music, Paxit sometimes get stuck in improv mode, and go an entire show with each and every member doing his own thing. Apart from being a musical group, Paxit also do artistic projects. So far they've released two prose zines, shot a few video art pieces, and designed quite a few spaces (with intetion to play live shows from within the presentation). Paxit are also known as Paxit Ensemble, and Paxit Group. After all the above was said, Paxit is all about jamming and having fun with friends.
