Alex Chu (born 추헌곤, Chu Heon-gon) known simply as Alex (알렉스) , is a Korean-Canadian singer and actor. He is the male vocalist for the South Korean group Clazziquai Project. In 2008, the group announced a temporary hiatus, and its members debuted as solo artists, including Alex. In 2009, Clazziquai returned with the release of Mucho Punk. He is Christina's younger brother. He is also good friends with Tablo from Epik High, whom he met in Canada. Recently, he has been in many OST soundtracks, using his English name, Alex. Born and raised in Canada, he speaks Korean and English fluently and often sings in a mixture of Korean and English in his songs. Alex recently released his first solo album, My Vintage Romance (2008). The album includes the song Flowerpot, which was featured on the popular MBC variety show We Got Married. He released his solo album in 2008 with some help from Taku Takahashi of m-flo. Read more on Last.fm.
