Calico!


Calico! is a teenage music producer who started producing his own music in his early teens. He was born in New Brunswick, Canada and spent his early years right beside the Atlantic shore. When Calico was 4 years old he moved away from the east and moved to the mid-west of Canada to where he is currently residing in. Calico first downloaded FL Studio not thinking much of it, and making songs with his friends at the time. He first showed interest in making rap focused beats but when Calico re-discovered some of the old EDM artists he had listened to when he was younger he showed more of an interest in electronic focused music. In Calico's early months of music production he began to release some mediocre music under an abandoned and forgotten alias. Around a year later he birthed a new alias that we now know as Calico. His first debut and self titled EP Calico” was released on January 31, 2025 and garnered decent success as it being his first release under this new name. Over the next few months Calico released a few singles, that being KITTY LAUNCHER!, i want you to listen, and SILENT CRIES, these three singles carried his momentum throughout the months leading up to his sophomore EP Verdant.
