2ndMOUSE is an attempt to fuse together , cutting edge beats , sometimes of a glitchy abrasive nature , with emotive and poignant melodies. 2ndMOUSE has been likened to Black dog / Plaid on more than one occasion , with hints of Boards of Canada , Frank Martiniq , John Tejada , and other contemporary works from the current underground idm scene. Always changing , adapting , evolving , to bring together sounds that were never intended to sit in the same space. Two little mice fell into a bucket full of cream. The first mouse struggled for a short while but quickly gave up The ” 2ND MOUSE ” struggled so furiously that , EVENTUALLY , he churned the cream into butter, and crawled out.
