4-Eyes is the earliest known online appearance of electronic artist em essex. This alias was created back in 2001, when they were just 13, and predates their first record label, and their other music aliases, including NEKO and Renard. They made remixes of video game soundtracks, and posted them on OverclockedRemix, before their tracks were taken down and moved to OCReMoved due to the tracks being heavily sampled from games.
