Bruises


Bruises means emotive pop melodies and hazy sounds. The band perfectly combines dream pop with elements of emo, post-punk or new wave. The origin of the project goes back to the end of 2016, when Sebastián Lozano (Mal Villano) arrived in Barcelona in search of synthesizing the musical ideas he had created in Chile, his native country. In the Catalan city the group began to take shape until it was consolidated with three musicians from different bands of the local scene: Carlos Ramos (The Zephyr Bones), Alejandro Íñiguez (The Saurs) and Genís Toral (Pane). With these credentials, the quartet releases Parallel Portraits (Hidden Track Records/Mama Vynila Records).
