There are multiple artists named Circular: 1) Circular is a Norwegian electronic duo formed by Bjarte Andreassen and Jostein Dahl Gjelsvik. Their music lies within the bounds of ambient genre with occasional experimental influences from side genres, such as idm and traditional electronica. The duo released four albums to date; the new album Substans was released 29th April 2009 on French label Ultimae. 2) Circular is a dark ambient solo project formed by Johannes Riedel. He holds his residency on Loki Foundation label and has released three albums to date: Shaping the Unknown (2007), Deep Space Illumination (2007) (split with Inade) and Cycles of Remembrance (2010). 3) Circular is a Spanish outfit responsible for Ideas inútiles.
