There is more than one artist with the name dai: 1. A japanese composer, known for his work on the soundtracks of Ryukishi07’s doujin visual novels ‘'Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai'’ and '‘Umineko no Naku Koro ni''. 2. A Czech death metal band. They released three demos and a single album, called The Advent before breaking up in 1993. 3. A hip-hop/rap artist from California, who released his debut album Just Another Day in 2010. 4. Ethnic minority group in Yunnan, China, but by extension can apply to groups in Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and Burma when Dai is used to mean specifically Tai Lue, Chinese Shan, Tai Dam, Tai Khao or even Tai in general. 5.
