emoruffino is the son of Matthew J. Ruffino (guitarist to the bands Mog Stunt Team, Robert Bradley's Black Water Surprise etc.). emoruffino's actual name is Matthew Chase Ruffino. Born in detroit on 2/27/91 Matt was born into music. He had always tried mixing two different genres of music trying to find the best result. One day Matt was listening to some instrumentals and found himself freestyling along. After months of honing his skills, he had the idea of mixing Hip-Hop and Hardcore together. Currently emoruffino is working on his new EP, Promise. He is also working on his new Organization called musiCure media that helps other organizations raise money for disease by giving people free music. Read more on Last.fm.
