March 2009 saw the release of his debut album “Terminal Illness” - a producer set featuring emcees such as Sean Price, Planet Asia, Hell Razah, Killah Priest and UK based artists C Mone, M9, & Triple Darkness - the album was signed by Money Maker/EMI Music, making Endemic one of the few UK music acts to achieve major label distribution in the USA!  “Terminal Illness” was received very well by fans worldwide; Endemic received radio plays from the likes of DJ Premier, DJ Eclipse, Sarah Love (BBC Radio) and many more.
