With a trial-version of FruityLoops, and an old folder of nes-music in mind, her carieer took a start in 2005. Ever since then, Evig_ has kept working on perfecting her 8-bit inspired music, mixing elements from both snes, c64 and gameboy in her songs. My music isn't perfect, far from it, she says. But as long as it makes at least one person happy, I will keep creating musical pieces, and hopefully, some day I will have perfected my style. Though she plays various musical instruments, and is skilled with a synth, it's not her favourite tool. She conciders FL Studio to be a whole lot easier to use. When asked about her inspirations, she answers Ever since I was a kid, I would sit in my brother's room, and listen to the game music on his Amiga - I'm guessing that's where it all started. Throughout the years I have collected tons of nes-libraries, saved key-gens for the music alone, and gone through as many bit-artists as possible, to gather inspiration and knowledge. A lot of her music is inspired by Slagsmålsklubben, as well as Rymdkraft, 047, Pluxus and Commando-Z, but Evig_ usually has a softer sound, and slower pace, and uses elements of both nature sounds and occational piano- or guitar strand.
