InCulto


InCulto, the nominees for MTV’s Best Baltic Act award of 2006, are one of the most wanted live acts on the Lithuanian club scene. The group’s unique selling point is their fiery live performances that combine everything from popular Latino genres (salsa, cumbia, son) to funky house beats, rock riffs, and even intentional kitsch, creating an instantly danceable and rebellious blend of old and new. Both kinda had an idea of what they wanted to do musically but mainly concurred that the new project should feed their bodies and bank accounts as well as their souls. Although InCulto 'tragically' premiered in late spring, of that year, it only came into proper form towards the end of 2004. InCulto spent 2003 and 2004 playing private parties all over Lithuania.
