JIGDRESS is a Japanese indie/alternative rock band from Setagaya, Tokyo formed in 2020. Their music has shoegaze and post-rock influences. They have been on hiatus since February 2026. Members: ** Guitar: イセノ (Iseno) He uses a Fender STRATCASTER and mostly homemade equipment. He also works as a recording engineer, mixer and video editor. ** Bass: ワタナベカズタカ (Kazutaka Watanabe) Responsible for bass and chorus. Joined in April 2023. Uses a 5-string bass. ** Drums: ヤマグチハヤト (Hayato Yamaguchi) He is in charge of drums and chorus. Powerful drum style. Ex members: ** Vocals & Guitar: 山崎大樹 (Daiki Yamazaki; from 2020 to 2026.03.17) Main lyrics and composition. His nickname is "Dai-chan." He was also in charge of flyer and merchandise design. He uses a Fender JAZZMASTER and a Fender MUSTANG. During live performances, he uses effect boards that he made himself. History: The band wasformed at the end of 2020 by Daiki Yamazaki (guitar/vocals), Iseno (guitar/chorus), and Hayato Yamaguchi (drums/chorus) , who was the drummer in Yamazaki's predecessor band "ROKI". They are currently signed to 99's Scape Records. JIGRESS began building momentum in 2021 with the release of their first EP after feedback on March 12, issued both on cassette and digitally.
