Composer • Arranger • Engineer - Jyoji Born and raised on the Ryukyu island of Okinawa. Classically trained by Professor Bien Panganiban, being one of his worst students because of hatred toward practicing the piano. In 1982, purchased his first synthesizer a Roland SH-09 and the following year a SH-101. His musical start was basically during the Los Angeles underground Electronic, Industrial, and Goth (Death Rock) scene (1985 ~ 1990). During those years he conducted Neo-rista and was also a member of the Mugen Crack System and legendary nightclub LECTISTERNIVM (Cover Girl Club, Culver City) where Sensitiv, Savage Republic, Death Ride 69, Four Way Cross, Plecid, and others hung out. A musical nomad, and as an added criteria in artist spectrum, he has engineered various tours and live performances, some of which include: Regurgitator, Rocket from the Crypt, Caron Wheeler, D-Note, The Outside, World's Fastest Car (Walter Schreifels), CIV, H2O, Sack Lunch (Rob Machado), etc.. In the Japanese circuit he has worked with: Masahiro Kuwana, Yoshikawa (Boredoms, Grind Orchestra), Off Mask 00, Back Drop Bomb, Coke Head Hipsters, Nun Chaku, Black Biscuits (Vivian Hsu), Hitomi, etc. Current works involve drives with Kimza International and X-SEPT.
