1) Lana Jurčević (known as Lana) is a Croatian singer. Born in Zagreb in 1984, her self-titled debut album came out in 2002. In her young career she has already worked with Milana Vlaović, Nikša Bratoš, Ante Pecotić, Muc Softić and Severina. In 2005 her song Ovo nije istina won 24sata's award at the Croatian Radio Festival. In 2006 she released her second album 1 razlog followed by Volim biti zaljubljena in 2008. In 2010 she released a Best of collection titled Kopija as the single that it was promoted with. In 2012 she released her fifth album titled Pobjede i porazi debuting her as a songwriter. So far she released 4 singles of the album; Zašto volim loše dečke, Što je moje, što je njeno, Nitko i ništa and La La Land. Lana was born and raised in the town of Poronaysk in the far eastern regions of Russia on Sakhalin island. Dreaming of becoming a singer, she watched a Korean drama titled “Boys Over Flowers” and found the Korean language and pronunciation beautiful. She self-studied the language and traveled to Korea to further learn Korean following her high school graduation in 2014.
