Lifecut:review was initially conceived as a non-commercial music research initiative, an attempt to manifest through sound true life experience with all the vague colors and distinctive tones, with all our buried fears that rip through the genuine flow of perception, and with all the glitter and blaze of intrinsical meanings that form a unique pattern of life worth a memory. We're searching for the groove in sound to shift reality. It has never been our utmost intention to get onstage, neither to get fame, but reality's feedback loops brought us on one stage with Misery Signals and Norma Jean on their Moscow gigs which gave us a good drive to keep on what we were doing. By that time we already had some material that waited for something to be done with it, so we decided to record those tracks that we felt we brought close enough to our understanding of music and life experience at the moment. Since the recorded material belongs to different stages of our musical evolution we wanted to try different sounding for different tracks. That's why we decided to release 2 EPs instead of one album and make the mixing in different studios in Italy and in US.
