Lorensje is the artist name of Lorens Van de Velde, a young dude from Antwerp, Belgium who happens to amuse himself making simple, silly songs using GarageBand. He's just writing this description because he thinks it's so boring when the Audio Scrobbler says We don't have a description for this artist yet, care to help?. And because he's probably the only one who will ever listen to his own songs AND scrobble them. He likes making simple songs in various genres, from Rock to Jazz to Folk. He usually sings English or Dutch, and for the time being he has made aprox. 15 songs. To do that he uses his voice, a guitar, a MIDI-keyboard, and an iMac. To really look like a pro, he has even given a name to his 'album': Kunsjes. Even though almost every song on the album isn't 100% finished, you can say it is a nice collection of funny songs, of which a few are available for listening/donwloading on Last.fm! Lorensje has never had any gig at all. If you want to see him playing live, you can always call him or stop by his door, and with a little bit of luck he will play you a random song, acoustic.
