There is more than one artist with this name: 1. Polish rapper, composer and a record producer. 2. DJ on www.afterhours.fm, presenter of Lost In Trance. 1. Piotr Łuszcz known as Magik (pol. Magician) (born March 18, 1978 in Jelenia Góra - died December 26, 2000 in Katowice) - Polish rapper, composer and a record producer. From 1994 to 1998 he was a member of the Polish hip hop group Kaliber 44. Soon after release of the group's second album W 63 minuty dookoła świata Magik left Kaliber 44 and together with Sebastian Salbert (Rahim) and Wojciech Alszer (Fokus) formed new band in 1998 called Paktofonika. On 26 December 2000, at around 6:15, Łuszcz committed suicide by jumping out of the window of his apartment situated on the ninth floor of the building, in Katowice.
