Obscure one man funeral doom metal from Canada. Features member of the equally obscure black metal band Rivière Du Nord. So Far released only one very short demo EP titled Lassitude / Decroissance, both on tape limited to 100 copies (50 on beige paper and 50 on white) through Tour de Garde, as well as a green 7 vinyl through D'Automne Records. Metastase plays raw and minimal Funeral Doom, Featuring haunting yet hopeful keyboards and simple yet sublime lead guitars.
