There are at least five artists called Mini. 1) A Hungarian progressive rock band, formed in 1968 and still active, comprising of Török Ádám (vocals, flute), Köves “Pinyó” Miklós (drums), Németh Karcsi (keyboard) and Paróczai “Tacskó” Attila (bass). 2) mini, born March 3, 1985, is a Japanese pop singer from Tokyo, Japan. Signed to the cutting edge sub-label of avex trax, mini made her debut as a musician in March 2010 with the electro-pop single, Are U Ready?. In addition to being a musician, mini is also a fashion model and modeling agency president. Known for her long legs, photogenic beauty, and ganguro-lite image, mini rose to fame modeling in popular Japanese magazines like JELLY and BLENDA. Citing influences like Lauryn Hill, Whitney Houston, and Christina Aguilera, mini (real name unknown) had dreamed of becoming a singer since she was 15 years old, but that aspiration had been put on hold as mini became a popular fashion model and eventually founded her management agency in 2008.
