Prestorika Band from Delhi, India, won the MTV Campus Rock Idols competition, 2005. They made their mark as a cover oriented band and gained popularity as 'the' band that covered the three big 'M's of Heavy Metal: Metallica, Megadeth and Maiden, to the T. However efforts to write original music started early in the band's career. In 2005, the band recorded some of their very early works, music that predominantly reflected the band's influence and released their debut EP titled 'Emergence'.
