Raines is a 22-year-old Music Producer / DJ from Florida. Born on September 2, 2000 in Brooksville, Florida. "Raines" is Founded in Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, United States! In 2020 Raines released his first single "Beach Trip" a Lo-Fi beat, knowing he wanted to get better and make better music it was not until 2021 that he released his second song: "The Sky is Falling" another Lo-Fi / Wave beat, this song was inspired by the indie band "Beach House". In 2022 Raines worked alongside his good classmate and friend "Lance Leo" creating electronic music and hip-hop with him, however Raines was developing a style and knack for Chillwave music, so in Summer of 2022 Raines released the song "Bliss". The song "Bliss" was inspired by Home's song "Resonance" although more simplistic. After releasing "Bliss" Raines quickly began earning an audience, so in July he released a similar song "Blue Stereo" coupled with the previous release "Bliss". During July Raines took a cosmology class about the history of the Universe, this Cosmology class inspired him to make the song "Cosmic Drift". During the fall Raines released more new songs, and in December he eventually released an album: "NINE" marking his first 9 songs. In December he collaborated with Slovenian producer "gvspr" to create an experimental EDM / Bass song "Soul Bond" and in a YouTube video the song was dedicated to his friend's mom: Joanne Backlund, who sadly passed in the Fall of 2022.
