Restrained are two bands: 1) A retired hardcore punk band from Redlands/Highland, CA 2) A progressive rock band from Sweden 1) Current/Ex members of Life Tyrant, 7 Generations, Bad Lovers and Mother Speed. They played their last show on June 13th, 2009. Since most of the members come from different muscial backgrounds the style of the music is very variated, including everything from hard progressive rock and metal to a more pop oriented sound. In 2007, Sina Vosough parted ways with the rest of the bandmembers and because of that they have renamed themselves: Wield (www.myspace.com/wieldmusic).
