Born Anthony Tubbs on December 19, 1999, Rxseboy (pronounced rose boy) began making music under his real name on SoundCloud before changing it to his current monicker. In 2017, after his Junior year of high school, he released his project Daydreams. The following year, he released his first lo-fi style project, titled Balance. He continued to release music, but began to shift his style more exclusively towards the lo-fi genre. His music began to gain serious traction in 2019 with tracks such as when we were 16 (featuring Powfu and Mishaal), which now has almost 30 million streams on Spotify and almost 2 million on SoundCloud. Today, he is one of the most well-recognized lo-fi rappers, and often works with producer/singer Sarcastic Sounds and Powfu. Read more on Last.fm.
