Spāre is a Latvian jazz rock/psychedelic rock band from Rīga, Latvia that formed in 2017. The band's music is based on pre-composed songs, melodic lines or poems, collective improvisation is a crucial ingredient, thus each time their songs sound different and the listener experiences an intense creative sparkle. Members: Matīss Čudars (How Town, Verneri Pohjola Överdriven) - guitars, keyboards, vocal; Jānis Ruņģis (Jāņa Ruņģa Klātbūtne) - bass, vocal; Rūdolfs Dankfelds - drums.
