It started as discharge for anger and a desire to rediscover the fun of playing rock ‘n roll. It was October 2005 when Alf phoned Fred asking if he would like to have a new start, a new band… Epic punk… Extreme and ironic on one side, deep lyrics and music on the other… At the time both of them were playing in Raimundos, one of the most important rock bands in Brazilian music history, but they had many influences that didn’t match the sound… Before Raimundos, Alf had been in such bands as Rumbora, in which he sang and played the guitar and the bass, released 3 albums (produced the third) with several rock hits in Brazil and played, among many other important facts, in Rock in Rio 3… And Câmbio negro, one of the biggest rap groups on that particular scene in Brazil, in which he played the bass... But the best was yet to come and they needed another partner for this entreperneurship… It was on their face, to be more accurate, on their right side, but it took some time: On april 2006, Marquim, the guitar player of Raimundos, joined the band… On the first week, with only a few hours of rehearsal, 10 songs were ready and, following the “do it yourself” punk motto, recorded for the first demo of the band in Marquim’s bedroom… The next step would be to find the name… The idea was clear: just like the first songs, the name should have impact and irony on the same can… After many days of debate, watching a tv interview with the Brazilian worldwide boxing...
