Tapir! was a British six-piece band from south London. Formed as a four-piece by Evelyn Gray, Ronnie Longfellow, Tom Rogers-Coltman, and Will McCrossan, with Emily Hubbard (cornet/synth) and Wilfred Cartwright (cello, drums) joining later. The group announced their disbandment on May 27th, 2025. South London’s answer to The Temptations, the music of Tapir! is a folk-spun purr with a magical, amorphous nostalgia. Read more on Last.fm.
