TEPR is Tanguy Destable from Morlaix, France. He plays keyboard in the group Yelle, and has made himself more well known for his remix of the group's A Cause des Garçons. He has released The Deadly Master of Rappers From Hell (2003), Côte Ouest (2005) and En direct de la côte (2006) Hypnotease (2015) was developed over 5 years and released on Yuksek's Partyfine label.
