ZEROBASEONE (Korean: 제로베이스원; initialized as ZB1) is a South Korean boy group under WAKEONE Entertainment, formed through Mnet's 2023 reality competition show BOYS PLANET. The group is composed of nine members: Sung Hanbin (STUDIO GL1DE), Kim Jiwoong (individual trainee), Zhang Hao (Yuehua Entertainment), Seok Matthew (MNH Entertainment), Kim Taerae (WAKEONE Entertainment), Ricky (Yuehua Entertainment), Kim Gyuvin (Yuehua Entertainment), Park Gunwook (Jellyfish Entertainment) and Han Yujin (Yuehua Entertainment). They debuted on July 10, 2023 with the track "In Bloom" from their debut extended play, YOUTH IN THE SHADE. The group released their second extended play, MELTING POINT, on November 6, 2023, with "CRUSH" (Korean: 가시) serving as the lead single. The title track was released on November 20, 2023 as the EP's second and final single. On March 8, 2024, the group released their debut Japanese single "ゆらゆら -運命の花-" (lit. YURA YURA -Flower of Fate-) digitally alongside its music video. The physical release, which includes the Japanese-language versions of the group's first two singles, was released on March 20, 2024. On April 24, 2024, the group released "SWEAT" alongside its music video as the lead single of their third extended play, You had me at HELLO.
