1. Zimt is Matias Aguayo and Michael Mayer, a collaboration based in Cologne, Germany which focused primarily on Acid Techno with euro-pop and disco influences. Their most popular release was Shake It!, released in 1998 and the single titled U.O.A.A. Shake It! features a remix by Jürgen Paape and a second version of Shake It!. Michael Mayer would later team with Jürgen Paape and Wolfgang Voigt to start the infamous Kompakt Label in Cologne. 2.
