tdstr


tdstr is an electronic musician who produces a variety of distant subgenres, including, but not limited to, Plunderphonics, Dariacore, Vaporwave, Hardcore Rave, Ambient, and Glitch music. tdstr frequently makes music within the Furry subculture. tdstr's musical presence began as far back as 2015 within the YTPMV space, and in this time they also occasionally uploaded Soundclown and other Mashup works to SoundCloud, many of which have been archived under the bynkster name. In 2020, they released their debut album Synthesis, an Electro House record. Over the next two years, they released a handful of other records and experimented with Breakcore on releases like Vertigo before releasing internet brainrot in 2022, which garnered attention from the wider Dariacore community, and was tdstr's first project featuring heavy usage of sampling. This year would also see the creation of p9jm, an alias focused on smaller-scale dariacore tracks. In 2024, tdstr released 7 Grand Dance, a follow-up to the sample-based EDM on internet brainrot, but with every track being continuously mixed and in a 7/4 time signature. Later that year, they released Phase 9: Juxtapositional Music, their take on the Gabberdisco subgenre of Tekno music. In 2025, following smaller experiments in previous years, tdstr moved more strongly into Vaporwave music with There's Still Tomorrow and YCH. Read more on Last.fm.
