Mason Reyes (June 16 2004-November 16 2025), professionally known as maxon, was an American recording artist from Orlando, Florida. maxon began his music career in 2024, releasing his debut track, “Mansion,” on SoundCloud. He eventually started posting snippets of his music on his Instagram page, which resulted in major attention for his music. On November 1, 2024, maxon released his debut mixtape #healthy. On November 29, 2024, maxon would release the biggest song of his career, “Austin Powers,” which immediately went viral through social media. Thanks to this, maxon landed a deal with Columbia Records in March 2025. On November 16th, 2025, it was revealed on maxon's sister's instagram that he had passed away. Read more on Last.fm.
