Moriah Rose Pereira known professionally as Poppy (or Moriah Poppy, That Poppy), is an American singer, songwriter, actress and model. In early 2014, Poppy signed to Island Records. Over a year later, her debut single ''Everybody Wants to Be Poppy'' was released and in early 2016, she released her debut extended play, Bubblebath. In late 2016, Poppy became the face of Sanrio's Hello Sanrio collection. In the summer of 2017, she signed to Mad Decent, and in October released her first studio album, Poppy.Computer. To promote the album she embarked on her first tour, which consisted of 34 North American cities separated by shows in London and Tokyo. In 2018, Poppy released her web television series, I'm Poppy, and released her second studio album, Am I a Girl?. In 2019, Poppy released her second extended play, Choke. In January 2020, she released her third studio album, I Disagree, and the deluxe version, I Disagree (more) was released August 2020. Poppy released her third extended play, A Very Poppy Christmas, in December 2020. She performed her song EAT at the 2021 GRAMMYs ceremony, which was included in her fourth extended play, EAT (NXT Soundtrack), released in June 2021.
