江崎とし子


Toshiko Ezaki(江崎とし子)is a singer, songwriter, and composer from Kyoto, Japan. As a child, Toshiko mastered the electronic organ, and as a high school student she entered the AN Kyoto music school, subsequently renamed The School of Music Planning, where she studied under Yuka Kamebuchi, Tsutomu Sasaki, and Makoto Yano. After high school, Toshiko pursued her music career as a singer and later began making radio and television commercials. In 2001, she recorded her first album, Apple tea, which was released on her recently established indies label, Moss Green Records. She also performed in several commercial productions while living in Kyoto. After moving to Tokyo in 1999, Ms. Ezaki performed background, scat, and other vocals on albums such as Image and Gaiyano Yoake and with artists such as Chihiro Onitsuka andMika Nakashoma. She also composed music and performed vocal work on many well-known television and radio commercials. Finally, in 2002, Ms. Ezaki was put in charge of composing the music and singing the ending theme song for the animated cartoon series Pokemon.
