De-Light


De-Light is a siberian melodic metal band. It is very young, so there is very little info about them. History of the band In 2003 two newly found unnamed bands joined into a new band Orion, which played only covers of Russian & foreign rock hits. Only in next autumn their first songs arrived, but suddenly almost all musicians left the band and only two founders remained. Then they've found a guitar player and keyboard player. The band was reborn and partially changed its stylistic orientation, so it was the right time to change the name to De-Light. The new 2005 year was dedicated to writing songs and dealing with existing ones. The most complex problem was drummers: they were absent for a long time and even stopped their musical life. De-Light played only a few concerts, but each one had a favorable reaction. Only in February 2006 when a new drummer came to play with De-Light, the period of positive changes and active life had begun. The band won the first place in Rock vocal nomination and also the Spectators' Prize on musical contest Novosibirsk Musical Olympus. And this is only the beginning.
