World Music

sanada: the female cretan wild goat (capra aegagra cretensis) We are a vocal group consisted by seven singers of diverse music backgrounds. In our quest for a music identity and also a place in the animal kingdom we decided that we have a lot in common with the bovidae family (cloven-hooved mammals). Following the polyphonic tradition, we explore the abilities of the human voice, improvise and include in our repertoire songs from different parts of the world (without losing our sense of humour).
