Omnimi is a music project aiming to create a blend of classical, choral and world music. With propulsive rhythmic eastern percussions, a rousing orchestra and a choir singing primitive earthy tunes, Omnimi explores a musical language that fuses ethnic with classical. The mood of the compositions spans across dramatic, epic, cinematic style to purely relaxing. The basic instrumentation of Omnimi is a classical orchestra, a SATB Choir extended percussions, drums, electric guitar and bass and a female vocalist. In 2010 Omnimi released the debut album Eight Moons. An album about the eight moons of eight planets. Omnimi means take an oath in ancient greek. Read more on Last.fm.
